The Warsaw Hospice for Children Foundation

The Warsaw Hospice for Children Foundation is a public benefit organization that runs a home hospice for children. We provide palliative care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and for their families at home, as well as bereavement support for families after the loss of a child. Our team works in Warsaw and the surrounding area (within 100 km of the city).

BACKGROUND. Pediatric palliative care applies to the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health. The previous studies have proved that the conditions’ catalogue is incomplete and inadequate.
